Submission Process
Steps to submit an abstract/paper:
1. To create an account: http://iaoees.org/ocs/index.php/eest/eest2014/user/account
Fill in all required fields and click Create.
2. Go to the CFP page of the conference: http://iaoees.org/ocs/index.php/eest/eest2014/schedConf/cfp
Click on STEP ONE OF THE SUBMISSION PROCESS
3. Select one track that fits your work (choose General Papers if you are not sure). Read all items with a check box and click on them. Select Abstract if this is the first submission of your paper. Select Extended Abstract if you received Notification of Acceptance for you abstract already. Click Save and Continue.
4. Input all authors' information by Add Author. Provide up to 5 keywords. Provide Supporting Agencies if available. Skip REFERENCES unless necessary. Click Save and continue.
5. For Abstract submission, there is no need to upload supplementary files. For Extended Abstract submission, upload your paper in Word or PDF format. Click on Save and continue to finish submission.
Paper Format
Final paper submissions will be in extended abstracts are limited to two pages in length.

Papers should be prepared in English and carefully checked for correct grammar. Figures should be of high quality and carefully chosen to convey the most relevant information. To ensure high scientific quality, all papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee Members. All papers must be submitted in electronic form using the web site of the conference.
Once the abstract reviewing process is complete, the contact author of each paper will be notified of the result by e-mail. Authors are required to follow the reviews in order to improve the paper before final submission.
All papers must be presented by one of the authors. At least one author must register for the conference and pay the fee prior to October 15, 2014 (Regular Registration deadline) in order for the extended abstract to be included in the proceedings and accepted in the final program.
