Conference Invitation Letter

When attendees apply for a tourist visa, which allows you to attend the EEST2018 conference, a paper-based original official invitation letter is generally not needed. However, in case an original letter is required, please contact the conference organizing committee, providing the following information, at your earliest convenience, via email at EEST2018@iaoees.org.

• Full Name (exactly as the same as shown in your passport)
• Passport Number
• Your Nationality
• Your Affiliation and Address
• The dates you expect to arrive in and depart from Canada
• Name of the CITY where you will apply for a Canada visa
