Paper Submission Guideline
1. Register at Int. J. Hydrogen Energy: http://ees.elsevier.com/he/default.asp
2. Once login, click on the "Submit Paper" option from the top menu
3. Select "SI: EEST 2014 (Jiang)" as the ‘Article Type’
4. Follow the remaining step-by-step instructions to submit your paper. Step 3 is particularly important to avoid that invited contributions are misplaced thus leaving the editorial chain of the given Special Issue.

The selected presentation full papers should be submitted between November 5，2014 to February 5, 2015. The deadline is February 5, 2015.
